General Information
1. Where: The colloquium ASIS 2003 will take place in the Svatý Hostýn (St. Hostyn), situated on hill near the town Bystřice pod Hostýnem..
2. Registration of Participants: September 7, 19.00-21:00, September 8, 7:30 - 9:00
3. Working Languages: Czech, English, Polish and Slovak
4. How to get there: The railway station Bystřice pod Hostýnem lies on the railway line No 303 from town Valašské Meziříčí or from town Hulín. From Bystřice pod Hostýnem to Svatý Hostýn it is recommend local bus or taxi. For participants with car it is minor road ”Bystřice pod Hostýnem – Svatý Hostýn” free. Please, see “Binding Application Form”!
5. Accommodation: is reserved at Hotel Poutní dům. It will cost 200 Kč (Czech crown) per night, payable at the desk in the hotel.
6. Binding registration and binding hotel reservation: please mail the application form to the workshop at the address stated below.
7. Meals will be available at a hotel restaurant, and paid by the participants individually.
8. Colloquium Fee: the fee covers include the price of proceedings, and equals to 100 USD for all participants, including those presenting lectures. (Agreed price - Smluvní cena)
9. Remittance of the Colloquium Fee: Bank transfer to the Czech Savings Bank, Ostrava Branch, (Česká spořitelna a.s. Ostrava), name account J. Štefan, MARQ., account No. 1640525379/0800, marked "for event ASIS 2000". Please send a copy of the bank transfer with your "camera ready" paper.

11. Participants of the colloquium coming from countries with a visa duty towards the Czech Republic should be obtained the visa at CR Embassy in their countries. It is not probable to be successful when asking for the visa on the border.
